Actor Rana Daggubati immediately criticised Indigo after his “worst airline experience ever”.

Mr Daggubati was irked by the airline’s companies and stated IndiGo is “clueless with flight times”, and his “missing luggage” has not been tracked, and the airline’s workers has no clue.

The home airline responded to the actor’s tweet and apologized for the “discomfort” he skilled when his baggage did not arrive.

“While we apologise for the inconvenience caused in the meantime, please be assured, our team is actively working to get your luggage delivered to you at the earliest,” IndiGo stated in its response to the Bahubali actor’s Tweet.

In one other incident, a video is being shared broadly on Twitter displaying two baggage handlers of IndiGo carelessly offloading two bins from the plane to a container.

IndiGo later clarified that the purchasers’ baggage was not mishandled, and the bins contained non-fragile cargo and have been packed in a technique to “endure fast manoeuvres.”

The airline has been scrutinized up to now as properly for its companies, in June, actor Pooja Hegde flagged the impolite habits of an IndiGo workers.
