C-CAMP receives CSR support from Cytiva to foster early-stage innovations in India

Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP) has acquired Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funding from international biotech big Cytiva to support early-stage start-ups in India.

Bengaluru-based C-CAMP is an initiative supported by authorities of India. C-CAMP has instantly funded, incubated and mentored 350-plus start-ups valued at above $850 million over half-a-decade. It is linked to over 2000 start-ups and entrepreneurs throughout India in healthcare, agriculture and setting.

The funds from Cytiva will go into figuring out promising early-stage ventures and accelerating their commercialisation trajectory by offering incubation and technical support, mentorship, pilot scale growth, regulatory approval steering, in addition to networking alternatives with buyers and trade stakeholders.

Some of the areas in the ambit are agriculture, diet, animal husbandry, environmental sustainability, psychological well being and wellness.
