But The Corner Beet doesn’t just serve up tasty meals. Hazamy started her journey by co-founding Gypsy Juice after moving to Denver from New Jersey. The café features an evolving menu with breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch options, and even serves gluten-free meals. Almost everything is made from scratch, using fresh ingredients from local suppliers. You’ll find jam from Grateful Bread Co., mushrooms from Jacob’s Mushrooms, and coffee from Pablo’s Coffee.

“Even meat-eaters love our food,” says Mia Kate, the café’s general manager. That’s likely due to the satisfying and familiar flavors of their meatless dishes. The menu features a generous breakfast burrito, a hearty breakfast sandwich, and toast topped with a unique beet butter.
