An altercation between two factions of the precise wing group Karni Sena led to a shootout in Rajasthan on Friday.
The incident befell at upscale Chitrakoot in Jaipur.
Mahipal Singh Makrana of the Karni Sena was attacked allegedly by the gunman of Shiv Singh Shekhawat of the Rashtriya Karni Sena.
In flip, Shiv Singh Shekhawat claims that Mahipal Singh Makrana’a males shot at him.
The two teams had been assembly at Shiv Singh Shekhawat’s workplace and the assembly quickly devolved into an abusive match between them. However, it isn’t clear what triggered the heated alternate between the teams.
Videos from the location of shootout confirmed injured Mahipal Singh Makrana slumped on a settee. In one other video, his bloodied face will be seen. He has been rushed to a hospital.
“We were sitting in my office. Four people came in saying they want to meet me. A few days ago, Mahipal Singh Makrana had threatened that he will harm me. I had also received a threat call from Pakistan. The men who came in started abusing me and suddenly fired a shot. My gunman also fired a shot. You can see the blood mark on my hand,” stated Shiv Singh Shekhawat, holding up his hand.
