Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk on Tuesday moved to dismiss his lawsuit in California state courtroom accusing ChatGPT maker OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman of abandoning the startup’s unique mission of creating synthetic intelligence for the good thing about humanity and never for revenue.

Attorneys for Musk requested the courtroom to dismiss the lawsuit, initially filed in February, with out giving a cause for the transfer, in line with a submitting in San Francisco Superior Court.
