Governor, CM Extends Bakrid Greetings to Muslims

Hyderabad: Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan on Sunday prolonged his needs and greetings to the Muslim neighborhood. “Wishing all the Muslims of Telangana a blessed Bakrid (Eid-Ul-Adha) with happiness, peace and good health! The Bakrid festival symbolises the spirit of sacrifice and supreme devotion.

“It holds a special place in the Islamic faith, representing the values of sharing, charity, reverence, and assisting the needy. I hope that the celebration of this festival further strengthens the spirit of brotherhood, service, and sacrifice. By celebrating the ‘Bakrid’ festival in true spirit, I am sure that peace, harmony, cooperation, compassion, and unity prevail in society,” the Governor mentioned

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy additionally prolonged greetings to the Muslim neighborhood on the event of Bakrid, which is well known on Monday.

Calling it the competition of sacrifice, which commemorates Ibrahim’s readiness to sacrifice his son as a profound act of submission and devotion in direction of almighty God, Revanth Reddy mentioned Bakrid displays the unwavering devotion and sacrifice of the prophets.
