After spending a month in jail, actress Rhea Chakraborty was granted bail by the Bombay High Court. She, alongside along with her brother Showik Chakraborty had utilized for bail after their judicial custody was prolonged two weeks in the past. While Rhea was granted bail, Showik’s plea was rejected.
The Chakraborty siblings have been arrested in September by the NCB. The High Court whereas granting bail to Rhea has set a number of conditions.

● Furnish bail bond ₹ 1 lakh
● Cannot depart nation
● Cannot meet with every other witness
● Must inform Investigating Officer if she goes out of Greater Mumbai, give itinerary advance
● Report on the first Monday of each month earlier than investigating company, for six months
