Filmmaker Kiran Rao’s Laapataa Ladies will likely be launched in theatres throughout the nation on January 5, 2024, the makers introduced on Thursday.
Rao returns to course after 2010’s Dhobi Ghat with the movie, which is produced by her former husband and celebrity Aamir Khan’s banner Aamir Khan Production and Kindling Productions.
The comedy-drama is ready to have its world premiere on the 48th Toronto International Film Festival on Friday. Set in rural India in 2001, Laapataa Ladies follows the jolly mess that ensues when two younger brides of get misplaced from a prepare, in response to the official synopsis.
