Kris Jenner broke down in tears on the newest episode of “The Kardashians” when she revealed she has to endure surgical procedure to have her ovaries taken out.
On Season Five, Episode Seven, Kris, 68, broke the information to daughters Kendall Jenner, Kim and Khloé Kardashian, in addition to associate Corey Gamble, on the finish of their household journey to Aspen, Colorado.
“I wanted to tell you guys something because I hadn’t told you yet,” she stated whereas tearing up. “But I went to the doctor and I had my scan. They found — and this just makes me really emotional — but they found a cyst and like a little tumor on my ovary. So I went to the doctor and Dr. A said I have to have my ovaries taken out. And I’m just really emotional about it because they came in handy with you guys.”
In a confessional, Kim stated she feels “really sad” for her mom.
“To have a surgery and remove your ovaries is like a really big deal,” she stated. “I feel really sad for her. I couldn’t even imagine being in that situation and how you would feel really scared to be going through that.”
Kourtney Kardashian, who later joined on FaceTime, agreed.
The mother of 4, who lately welcomed her baby boy Rocky with husband Travis Barker, stated in her confessional she understood how her mother was feeling.
Adding, “I would feel the same way. It’s like your womanly power. And it doesn’t mean that it’s like taking away who she is or what she’s experienced, but I would feel like this sentimental feeling of what it’s created.”
Kris continued to get emotional, reflecting on getting older and the way it’s “a sign of, we’re done with this part of your life. It’s a whole chapter that’s just closed.”
As for Kendall, who doesn’t have any kids, she stated she solely needs what’s finest for her mom.
“I get her emotion behind it. I get that it’s sad because they (her ovaries) have brought all her kids into the world, which is totally fair. But at the same time, what are we going to use those for anymore? If they’re potentially hurting you, let’s get them out of there,” she stated.
To cheer Kris up, Kim jokingly advised that they’ve a “farewell ovaries party” and the momager felt even higher as soon as Corey introduced out a present he purchased for her.
“I have something to help your energy,” he stated whereas getting a buying bag. “I bought you a gift. I don’t want you to be sad.”
“It fits perfect,” Kris stated whereas attempting on her new coat that Corey gifted her.
“I’m not sad anymore,” she stated with a smile. “It’s amazing how new clothes fix everything.”
