MUMBAI: The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has set aside the NCLT-Mumbai order directing inventory exchanges to reassess their approvals granted for the merger of Zee Entertainment Enterprises with Culver Max Entertainment (earlier often called Sony Pictures Networks India).
