A video of a authorities faculty instructor flogging and kicking a boy in entrance of his classmates has gone viral on social media. The instructor was arrested in Tamil Nadu’s Cuddalore district right now and charged beneath the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The 28-second-long video reveals disturbing visuals of the 56-year-old instructor Mr. Subramniam assaulting a younger boy whereas holding him by his hair. He can be seen kicking the boy whereas he kneels on the ground. The scholar is seen pleading and crying.
