Brandy Bottone, the Texas woman who mentioned she had a proper to the HOV lane as a result of her fetus counted as a second passenger, is at it once more.
The 32-year-old from Plano was issued a second site visitors quotation in July for using solo in a high-occupancy lane, Claire Crouch, a spokeswoman from the Dallas District Attorney’s workplace, informed NPR.
