MUMBAI: Singapore’s arbitration tribunal has rejected Sony’s plea towards Zee that sought a stay on court proceedings in India after the Japanese media main known as off a $10-billion merger. The Punit Goenka-led Zee has requested NCLT to direct Sony’s native arm to honour merger obligations.
