Woman faces charges in New Jersey for attacking 10-year-old boy in motel pool, biting cop

A girl was charged in New Jersey after she allegedly acted “out of control” at a motel pool, together with attacking a 10-year-old boy and his father and biting a police officer, in response to police.

Police responded Monday afternoon to a struggle reported at a motel in the 6200 block of Ocean Avenue in Wildwood Crest, police acknowledged in a press launch.

When officers arrived, witnesses stated a extremely intoxicated lady, later recognized as 43-year-old Fallan Turner, was performing “out of control” in the pool, in response to police.

Officers discovered that Turner grabbed a 10-year-old boy, then swung him round in the pool and shoved him underwater. When the kid’s father tried to cease her, the girl jumped on his again and grabbed him inappropriately.

Police say that as officers had been talking with Turner, she turned belligerent, resulting in her arrest. When officers had been trying to place her in handcuffs, she resisted arrest by pushing the arresting officer in the face.

After arriving at Wildwood Crest Police headquarters for processing, the girl continued to be “highly uncooperative and combative” and bit an officer’s hand, police stated.

Neither officer that the girl attacked sustained important accidents, police stated.

Turner’s charges embody endangering the welfare of youngsters, aggravated assault on legislation enforcement, resisting arrest with drive, felony sexual contact, failure to permit fingerprinting, harassment and disorderly conduct.

She was booked into Cape May County Correctional Facility.
