Japan received the World Baseball Classic on Tuesday evening, downing Team USA 3-2 within the championship sport at loanDepot Park in Miami.

The sport led to dramatic style with Japan’s Shohei Ohtani putting out his MLB teammate Mike Trout with a full-count slider to seal Japan’s third title.

Japan received in 2006 by defeating Cuba within the closing and in 2009 when it edged out South Korea. It went by means of the 2023 event undefeated.
