Former Minister and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) chief Ponnala Lakshmaiah has alleged that the Congress social gathering is trying to mislead people with its “false promises” yet one more time by bringing out a particular manifesto for Telangana for the Lok Sabha elections.
