Beginning this 12 months, the Evanston Folk Festival has been added to the Space and Out of Space household.
On Saturday, September 7 and Sunday, September 8, there shall be two days of world-class music on the gorgeous Lakefront centered round Dawes Park in Evanston. From 12 p.m. to eight:30 pm every day, there shall be a real musical celebration of Evanston, that includes over 30 artists, discussions, household programming and a lot extra.
The preliminary lineup shall be introduced at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 29.
Over the subsequent week, there shall be a number of pop-up box offices round Evanston, the place they are going to be promoting early-fowl two-day passes with no added service charges and freely giving Folk Fest merch (whereas provides final) to anybody who purchases 4 or extra tickets. Plus, there shall be free espresso and donuts to have fun.
The pop-up schedule is:
- 9 a.m. to midday on Saturday, April 27, on the Dawes House East Lawn, 225 Greenwood St.
- Noon to three p.m. on Monday, April 29, at Gearhead, 1600 Sherman Ave.
- 5 p.m. to eight p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, at Evanston Pour, 528 Dempster St.
- 5 p.m. to eight p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, at Evanston Pour, 528 Dempster St.
