Hyderabad CBI Court to Decide on CM Jagan’s London Travel Request Amid Ongoing Trial

Hyderabad: The CBI court docket at Hyderabad on Thursday reserved orders within the petition filed by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy looking for approval to go to London from May 17 for every week.

Jagan Mohan Reddy was required to search court docket permission as he’s on conditional bail within the disproportionate property case registered by the CBI. However, company filed an affidavit requesting the court docket to not enable the request of Jagan Mohan Reddy on the bottom that the trial was going on and subsequent listening to was scheduled on May 15.

Jagan Mohan Reddy’s counsel submitted to the court docket that his consumer had gone overseas a number of instances with the permission of the court docket and had by no means violated the circumstances imposed by the court docket. The court docket reserved the orders to May 14.
