LatentView Analytics to pick up 70% stake in Decision Point Analytics for $39.1 mn

LatentView Analytics Chief Executive Officer Rajan Sethuraman says that the Decision Point’s energy in Revenue Growth Management options was the first issue in this acquisition.

Latentview Analytics Ltd. has agreed to purchase 70% stake in Decision Point Analytics for a complete money consideration of $39.1 million.

The remaining 30% fairness will likely be acquired over the subsequent two years with a pay-out based mostly on agreed valuation rules, LatentView Analytics CEO Rajan Sethuraman advised the media.
