NEW DELHI: Indian Railways will begin the trial run of short distance Vande Metro trains in July and the sleeper model of Vande Bharat subsequent month. While the Vande Metro trains will ply on routes masking 100-250 kms, the Vande Bharat Sleeper trains can be deployed on routes masking over 1,000 km.
