The University of Mississippi opened a pupil conduct investigation after it mentioned “actions that conveyed hostility and racist overtones” had been made at an illustration on campus final week.

In a statement on Saturday, the fraternity Phi Delta Theta mentioned it eliminated a member from its Mississippi Alpha chapter on the faculty answerable for the “racist actions in the video,” which it mentioned are antithetical to its values.
