The 2025 NBA All-Star Game starting lineups were revealed on Thursday, with Giannis Antetokounmpo leading the Eastern Conference. Nikola Jokić was the top vote-getter from the Western Conference.

This exciting game is set for February 16 at the Chase Center in San Francisco, home to the Golden State Warriors. Below are the starting players for each conference:

Eastern Conference:

  • F Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks
  • F Jayson Tatum, Boston Celtics
  • C Karl-Anthony Towns, New York Knicks
  • G Donovan Mitchell, Cleveland Cavaliers
  • G Jalen Brunson, New York Knicks

Western Conference:

  • F LeBron James, Los Angeles Lakers
  • F Kevin Durant, Phoenix Suns
  • C Nikola Jokić, Denver Nuggets
  • G Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Oklahoma City Thunder
  • G Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors

Reserves will be revealed on January 30, chosen by the head coaches from all 30 NBA teams.

This season, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is having an impressive year, leading the league with an average of 32 points per game. He also ranks second in steals, with 2.1 per game. Giannis follows close behind as the second-highest scorer at 31.5 points, while Jokić averages 30.1 points, putting him at third. Jayson Tatum also shines with 27.4 points per game.

In addition to their scoring prowess, Towns, Jokić, and Antetokounmpo are all top rebounders in the league, while Jokić and James are among the best for assists.

LaMelo Ball from the Charlotte Hornets got a lot of fan support, receiving the most votes overall, but he won’t be a starter this time.

The voting process included 50% fan input, with the other half split between current players and a media panel.

This year’s All-Star Game will feature a fresh tournament format. It won’t just be East versus West. Instead, there will be a four-team tournament composed of eight players each. Three teams will be made up of the All-Stars, while the fourth will come from the winners of the Rising Stars Challenge, which showcases first- and second-year players along with G League talent.

The drafting of the three All-Star teams will be conducted by TNT’s Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal, and Kenny Smith on February 6. Mark Daigneault, coach of the Oklahoma City Thunder, will lead one of the All-Star teams because his squad holds the best record in the West right now.
