On a brighter note, the report highlighted improvements in areas like family treatment and coaching. New head coach Mike Vrabel is credited for fostering a better culture, earning an impressive rating for his approach to practice organization and player development.

Vrabel’s leadership is reshaping the team’s atmosphere. He’s open to feedback and focused on improvement. This year, the NFLPA added ratings for assistant coaches, and Josh McDaniels received notable praise.
Interestingly, the Kraft family’s ownership rating improved, jumping from a D to a B-, although they still lag behind in facility investments. Changes in the strength coaching staff led to a rise in their rating from B to A-.
Comparatively, the Dolphins came out on top for working conditions, followed closely by the Vikings and Commanders. The Steelers, once a strong contender, fell to the bottom of the list for the first time.
It’s worth noting that the NFLPA couldn’t release the findings publicly this year due to a grievance from the league, highlighting ongoing disputes in player treatment and working conditions.
