The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, has launched her new lifestyle series on Netflix called “With Love, Meghan.” The show premiered to much anticipation on Tuesday morning. In an exclusive interview with People magazine, Meghan shared some insights about the series and what viewers can expect.

This eight-episode series focuses on cooking, gardening, and conversations with friends. One surprising detail? Meghan revealed that Chinese take-out is a family favorite in their California home. “Even when I get take-out, I will try to plate it beautifully,” she mentioned, emphasizing the importance of presentation, even for casual meals. “The series is about doing what you can do… and doing it with love,” she added.
Family dinners are also part of their routine. Meghan enjoys preparing breakfast for her family, which includes Prince Harry and their five-year-old son, Archie, who loves fried eggs. “I love making breakfast for my family,” she shared. However, don’t expect to see much of Harry in the series; he only makes a brief appearance at the end, keeping the spotlight on Meghan.
In this series, Meghan reconnects with her pre-royal roots, reminiscing about her lifestyle blog, The Tig. Unlike before, she doesn’t label herself as an influencer. Instead, she identifies as an entrepreneur and a female founder, hoping her work might inspire others. Alongside the show, she’s also launching a new lifestyle product range called “As Ever” in partnership with Netflix.
Upcoming, Meghan has a new podcast co-produced with Lemonada Media, expected to launch this spring. She shared her journey of navigating public scrutiny and the challenges behind launching new ventures. “There are tons of twists and turns… I appreciate everyone who gave me the grace to make mistakes,” she reflected.
Unlike their previous Netflix project, which touched on their royal life challenges, this new series promises a more uplifting vibe. It showcases their new Californian lifestyle, complete with beautiful kitchens, flowers, and sunlit views. Meghan expressed her pride in their family name, reflecting on its significance as they raise their children: “It means a lot to me.” Expect heartfelt moments and a focus on the joys of family, cooking, and creativity in “With Love, Meghan.”
