Ncuti Gatwa is saying goodbye to the TARDIS. In the stunning finale of “Doctor Who” Series 14, his character regenerates into none other than Billie Piper, who previously played Rose Tyler. She first brought Rose to life in 2005 and has returned for special episodes since then.
