Victory for NASCAR: Judges Back Key Ruling in 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports Case

A three-judge panel from the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals made a big decision this week by overturning a lower court’s ruling. This ruling had allowed 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports to compete as chartered teams in NASCAR, letting them access important financial benefits.
