Shocking Lawsuit: Fat Joe Facing $20 Million Claims of Coercion and Disturbing Allegations from Former Hypeman

Terrance “T.A.” Dixon, once the hypeman for rapper Fat Joe, has filed a serious lawsuit against him in federal court. Dixon claims that Fat Joe, whose real name is Joseph Antonio Cartagena, engaged in various abusive practices including financial fraud, sexual manipulation, and threats. Dixon insists that Fat Joe got rich while downplaying his own artistic contributions. He is asking for up to $20 million in damages.

For example, one minor was brought to New York after a concert overseas and even underwent surgery funded by Fat Joe. Another section of the lawsuit discusses how Fat Joe allegedly supported a minor financially and kept her in a condo when he was married.

Dixon names other individuals in the lawsuit, including Pete “Pistol Pete” Torres and Richard “Rich Player” Jospitre, accusing them of being part of a “criminal enterprise.” The legal claims include serious violations related to human trafficking laws and financial misconduct. The lawsuit also suggests that Roc Nation, Jay-Z’s company, played a role in concealing Dixon’s contributions and suppressing his claims.

Dixon alleges that the defendants engaged in tax fraud schemes to hide wage theft and create unnecessary tax liabilities for him. He cites a whistleblower accountant and recorded calls that could support his claims.

This lawsuit comes after Fat Joe himself filed a counter-suit against Dixon for social media posts accusing him of wrongful actions. Dixon feels the legal system is the only appropriate way to address these issues, stating that Fat Joe operates with an air of untouchability.

Dixon’s allegations illustrate a broader culture of coercion and psychological control, describing a range of abuses designed to maintain dominance within Fat Joe’s circle. These incidents reportedly occurred during tours in various locations, and none of the overseeing staff intervened.
