IDAHO FALLS — Get ready for a festive evening this Friday at Sandy Downs! Top-Notch Real Estate is hosting an early Fourth of July celebration featuring delicious food trucks and an exciting fireworks show. The festivities kick off on June 27 at 6 p.m., and the fireworks will light up the sky at 10 p.m.

This marks the fourth year of this fun community event, supported by sponsors like The Smith Group and MBS Homes. Emma McLaughlin, a marketing representative from Top-Notch Real Estate, shared the event’s goal: to strengthen community ties. "We want to create a space where people feel at home and have fun," she said.

Expect plenty of activities, including a cornhole tournament, a pie-eating contest for both kids and adults, and a designated area for children. With 24 food trucks on-site, there’s something for everyone. Here’s a sneak peek at the lineup:

Music will fill the air, thanks to DJ The Heart. This year’s fireworks show is particularly special. It’s being organized by a new vendor, ACME Pro Pyro, promising an epic 30-minute display.

Last year, over 6,000 people attended, and McLaughlin believes attendance will grow this year. To keep everyone comfortable in the summer heat, there will be free water stations and seating available for those with disabilities.

"Don’t miss out on this happy community gathering,” McLaughlin added. “It’s an event we eagerly anticipate every year."
