WEAVE incorporates lush plants, eco-friendly roofing, and natural ventilation. Its design reflects the unique geology of Singapore. This aligns with RWS’s goal to become a carbon-neutral destination by 2030.

Outdoor cooling is smartly managed, using automated systems and weather sensors. For instance, a heat pump repurposes waste hot water from hotels to cool the air. The ETFE roofing allows abundant sunlight to support plant growth while cutting down heat gain by 80%. This not only enhances the environment but also cuts energy costs significantly.

WEAVE is positioning itself as a hub for both local and international brands. Visitors will find Asia-first and Singapore-exclusive shops, including Coach’s new concept store and a Vilebrequin flagship. Not to mention the highly anticipated MENSHO X ramen by celebrity chef Tomoharu Shono and Din Tai Fung’s first cocktail bar in Asia.

Homegrown brands like Old Seng Choong and Tivoli Coffee House will also be featured, offering local treats and café menus.
