Baxter Health Fulton County Hospital recently named EZ Niles as their Administrator, a position he’s held since March 2025. With over 22 years in healthcare, Niles is dedicated to improving how the hospital operates and provides patient care.
Niles is focusing on strengthening internal processes and boosting community ties. His expertise in healthcare technology has been key in moving forward with essential projects that aim to unify local healthcare services with Baxter Health’s overall mission.
Before joining Baxter, Niles was the Executive Director of Information Technology, Pharmacy, and Materials Management at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, Missouri. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management from Missouri State University.
Anthony Reed, VP of Ancillary Services, praised Niles, stating he has already made a substantial impact at the hospital. “His experience and leadership fit perfectly with our goal of delivering compassionate care,” Reed noted.
Beyond his professional life, Niles cherishes family time and enjoys coaching soccer for his younger sons and attending their travel baseball games.
