A community fundraiser is currently underway to support a couple in Capitol Hill who are dedicated to bringing Puerto Rican cuisine to Seattle. Unfortunately, a serious car accident on July 16 has left Jesus Dumois and Heather Dowai with significant injuries, putting their dreams on hold.
