Kelley Mack, an actress known for her role in The Walking Dead, passed away on August 2 from glioma. She was just 33 years old.
Mack played Addy in five episodes of The Walking Dead during its ninth season, where her character faced wild dangers amid a gripping storyline. Besides that, she appeared in several TV shows like 9-1-1 and Schooled, and films including Broadcast Signal Intrusion alongside Harry Shum Jr.
Born Kelley Lynne Klebenow on July 10, 1992, in Cincinnati, she started acting in commercials as a child. She earned an award from the Tisch School of the Arts for her role in The Elephant Garden back in 2008. This film even won the Student Visionary Award at the Tribeca Film Festival.
For the past 11 years, Mack lived in Los Angeles. She worked hard in the film and TV industry, lending her voice to projects like the Oscar-winning Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, where she voiced Hailee Steinfeld’s character, Gwen Stacy. Mack also produced several short films, with one, A Knock at the Door, winning at the Atlanta Horror Film Festival.
