HYLENR Secures Million Investment to Propel India’s Green Industry Revolution

Hyderabad’s HYLENR is making waves in clean energy. Recently, the company secured $3 million (about ₹25 crore) in a pre-Series A funding round. This investment was led by Valour Capital and Chhattisgarh Investments Limited, along with support from angel investors Karthik Sundar Iyer and Anant Sarda. The funds will help launch HYLENR’s pilot projects into full-scale production, revolutionizing how industries generate thermal energy.

Founded in 2024, HYLENR specializes in Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR), commonly called cold fusion. This innovative technology uses small amounts of hydrogen and very little electricity to produce a significant amount of energy. The company boasts two patents for its unique design and process, promising impressive energy gain ratios.

What truly sets HYLENR apart is its focus on safety and scalability. There’s no radioactive waste, and it doesn’t produce harmful byproducts. The team is inspired by notable figures like Dr. Prahlada, a Padma Shri awardee, and Dr. Varaprasad, a nuclear expert, ensuring both visionary and technical expertise.

HYLENR’s products are already attracting attention from Indian government institutions and major industrial players looking to move away from fossil fuels. Their offerings range from compact 7.2-kilowatt units for homes to larger 1-megawatt systems suitable for heavy industries. These LENR reactors can also be utilized in diverse applications, including space missions, district heating, and clean water desalination.

Investor Karan Goshar from Valour Capital describes HYLENR as “disruptive.” He emphasizes that this technology could redefine industrial heating, and its Indian roots combined with skilled talent make it well-positioned for global impact.

The company now aims to scale up manufacturing, expand partnerships, and launch sales not just in India but in markets like the US, Europe, and Japan. They are targeting a substantial $25 million fundraising round with global funds focused on clean energy.

As HYLENR leads the way, it signals a new era for India’s clean-tech innovation. By merging advanced science with scalable engineering, Hyderabad is positioning India as a key player in the global clean energy movement.
