2K Games’ President, David Ismailer, communicated to the team, “We’re excited about the foundational gameplay but need more time to refine key aspects.” Reports suggest that despite the game being a “good game,” it lacked the greatness fans expect, particularly in its narrative.
Leadership at Cloud Chamber is changing as well. Rod Fergusson, known for his work on successful titles like Diablo 4 and Gears of War, is now leading the studio.
