Lil Nas X, the rapper known for his hit “Old Town Road,” was involved in a startling incident early Thursday morning in Los Angeles. Witnesses reported seeing him walking down Ventura Boulevard without clothes, only wearing white briefs and cowboy boots. Around 6 a.m., local police responded to calls about a naked man in the street.
When officers arrived, they found Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, charging at them. He was reportedly in a state of distress and was later taken to a hospital for a possible overdose. During the encounter, he also punched an officer twice.
A law enforcement source noted that it’s unclear if he was under the influence of substances or experiencing mental health issues. As of now, booking records have not been released.
Video footage surfaced, showing him strutting along the street, making playful comments to onlookers and acting as if he were on a catwalk. In one clip, he was seen playfully placing an orange traffic cone on his head.
