Tyler Wakeling, OX-B’s head of marketing, shared that the food truck should be ready soon, pending inspections. While a specific launch date isn’t set, they hope to hit the road this week.
The food truck will help OX-B’s reach areas they haven’t tapped into before, allowing them to showcase their food at corporate events, weddings, festivals, and more. “This will be a fantastic way for people who haven’t tried us yet to enjoy our fan favorites,” Wakeling said.
