As the app is still in its early stages, the team is planning to introduce lists for targeted messages and push notifications. Kimberly Whitted, director of technology infrastructure, emphasized the importance of not overwhelming users: “We want to send meaningful messages without causing notification fatigue, which could drive users away.” This balance is critical for keeping users engaged.
