A $2 million permit has been issued for renovations of the building that previously housed the restaurant Tin Angel. This project is being handled by Artisan Build Construct, a Nashville-based contractor known for their work on popular spots like Noko and Margot Café & Bar. The architectural design will be by Remick, a local firm.
In 2019, the property was purchased by GF Office LLC, connected to Grace Development, for $1.33 million. There’s currently no word on what will replace Tin Angel, but local food enthusiasts are eager for updates.
In exciting news for bagel lovers, Connecticut’s PopUp Bagels is setting up shop in The Gulch. This new location will be part of Gulch Crossing at 226 11th Ave. S., situated between Pure Barre and Gulch Dental Studio. For those unfamiliar, PopUp Bagels is known for its hot, chewy bagels served with cream cheese or butter. They currently operate seven locations in New York and are planning to expand significantly, aiming for 300 franchise locations by the end of the year.
