Dallas-based Recuro Health has made a significant leadership change by promoting Michael Brombach to executive vice president and chief operating officer. This decision highlights Brombach’s major role in helping the company grow and deliver strong results to its members.

Recuro has been experiencing substantial growth. According to a letter from CEO Phil Fasano, the company saw seven consecutive quarters of revenue growth. In 2024, revenue increased by 65%, far above the industry average of just 8%. Recuro ended the last fiscal year with $33 million in revenue, surpassing its goal by $1.5 million. The company aims for over $47 million in 2025 and is reinvesting early to enhance long-term capabilities. With over 1.7 million members currently, they expect to reach nearly 2 million soon.

In his new role, Brombach will continue overseeing operations and will push for advancements in their technology platform. This includes developing new tools to better serve Recuro’s expanding client base. Fasano noted that Brombach’s leadership has been key in maintaining high service levels, which is crucial for customers and partners.

The company’s focus on service quality is reflected in their impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 75–80, significantly above the healthcare sector’s average of 39–58. Customer retention has also been strong, exceeding 90%.

Brombach expressed enthusiasm for his expanded role, highlighting Recuro’s integrated platform that provides value to partners. He mentioned plans to develop AI-powered tools to enhance patient care.

Recuro Health’s commitment to accessibility in advanced healthcare is evident. Fasano stated that they are setting a new standard in customer service and member satisfaction. With a growing focus on technology and service, Recuro appears well-positioned to continue its upward trajectory in the healthcare landscape.
