Sylvester Stallone is happily settled in Florida after leaving Hollywood behind. In a recent chat with Fox News Digital, he shared how the Florida lifestyle suits him better than Los Angeles.
“I love it,” Stallone said, mentioning the fresh air and proximity to water that brings joy to both him and his wife, Jennifer Flavin. He spent some time studying in Florida, so it feels familiar. “It really fits my personality,” he added.
In 2024, during the second season of his reality show, The Family Stallone, he told his daughters—Scarlet, Sistine, and Sophia—about their big move. They traded California for a $35.4 million estate in Palm Beach. The beautiful property offers 250 feet of beach access and is set on 1.5 acres of lakefront land. Flavin expressed how this change has allowed them to make new friends and embrace a fresh start.
Stallone clarified that their decision was more about lifestyle than any worries about crime. “California is probably the most beautiful state, but I just needed a change,” he said.
This shift has also sparked creativity for Stallone. In his Netflix documentary, Sly, he mentions how the new environment inspires him. Currently, he’s gearing up for the third season of Tulsa King, which premieres on September 21 on Paramount+.
Interestingly, Stallone’s move aligns with a growing trend of celebrities choosing quieter locations for a better work-life balance. A recent survey showed that many people are leaving big cities for more serene settings, seeking a less hectic lifestyle. It seems that Stallone’s choice resonates with many who desire more peace and connection with nature.
