Mega Venusaur ex Strategy
Mega Venusaur ex thrives on Grass-type energy, using its ability to move energy from one Pokémon to another. A great combo is pairing him with Meganium, as this allows a Grass energy and two others to be applied swiftly. With strategic use of Rare Candy, you can evolve a Bulbasaur directly into Mega Venusaur ex while stacking energy for a massive 240 damage strike!
Shuckle’s Fermented Juice ability heals, while Celebi’s Traverse Time lets you search for additional Grass-type Pokémon or Stadium cards. You can also add Trainer cards like Energy Switch for flexibility and Forest of Vitality to evolve Bulbasaur quickly, though its effect won’t work on the first turn.
Mega Lucario ex Strategy
Mega Lucario ex brings the heat with one Fighting-type energy for 130 damage. It can recycle basic energy from the discard pile, creating an excellent energy loop.
