Seattle Mariners Unveil Exciting New Food Options for Fans

As the Seattle Mariners gear up for the American League Championship Series at T-Mobile Park, they’re spicing up the game-day experience with some mouthwatering new menu items. Starting Wednesday, fans will have four fresh choices to enjoy during Games 3 and 4 against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Here’s what’s new:

  1. Hook, Line & Sinker Sandwich
Enjoy a fried pollock filet served on a buttered brioche bun, layered with crisp lettuce, American cheese, and a unique caviar-tartar sauce. This dish can be found at Section 249.

  2. Snake River Chili Bowl
Dive into a hearty bowl made with Washington-raised beef and chili beans, slowly simmered with Northwest spices. Served in a sourdough bread bowl and topped with Beecher’s cheddar and rosemary sour cream, it’s available at Sections 136, 243, and 313.

  3. Bigfoot BBQ Platter
For the BBQ lovers, this platter features a full rack of slow-smoked pork ribs, glazed with huckleberry BBQ sauce. It comes with sides of apple-cabbage slaw, beer-braised baked beans, and cornbread, located at Section 313.

  4. Huckle-Nut Cannoli
For dessert, try this crispy cannoli filled with huckleberry sweet cream. It’s finished with toasted hazelnuts and a drizzle of smoked huckleberry caramel, available at coffee stands.

The Mariners are committed to enhancing the fan experience. Malcolm Rogel, Vice President of Fan Experience, shared, “We’re always looking for ways to improve the game-day atmosphere at T-Mobile Park.” The introduction of these delicious new items follows five other postseason additions, including the PNW Pretzel and the Pacific Pitmaster Potato.

Not only is the Mariners’ menu expanding, but it reflects a growing trend in sports venues across the country. According to a recent survey by the National Sports Food Association, 67% of fans prefer local and unique food options when attending events. This shift is aimed at creating a more memorable experience at games.

With each game, T-Mobile Park continues to be a place where good food and great baseball come together. Fans can savor these new treats while cheering for the Mariners as they aim for victory in the postseason.
