While he hasn’t shared the documents, he has an established record of accurate leaks about PlayStation hardware, including the PS5 Pro. Another leaker, KeplerL2, echoed these claims, suggesting Sony aims for a 2027 release to prevent shortages experienced with the PS5’s launch.

In a podcast with Sacred Symbols, MLID stated:

“I literally have documents showing they’re manufacturing these things in the middle or even early 2027. That’s exactly when they will manufacture the PS6.”

This aligns with the historical release pattern of PlayStation consoles. The PS4 debuted in 2013 and the PS5 followed in 2020. Given recent advancements and the competitive gaming landscape, having enough stock at launch is critical.
