On November 10, 2025, Grand View University will welcome the Des Moines Early Music Ensemble for a special concert at 7:00 p.m. in the Speed Lyceum. This event is part of the Nielsen Concert Series and is titled Singen und Klingen: Choral Music of the German Renaissance and Baroque.
The evening will be filled with beautiful choral music from the German Renaissance and Baroque periods. Attendees can expect a journey through time, showcasing how music evolved in harmony and texture during these significant eras.
