Officers shot at a U-Haul truck on Thursday night outside the U.S. Coast Guard base in Alameda. This incident followed a protest against a planned immigration enforcement operation in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Witnesses saw the truck, which had been parked for hours, suddenly reverse toward law enforcement.
