MK Mallery is a talented attorney paving her way in Dallas, Texas. Originally from High Point, North Carolina, she earned her degree in business from the University of North Carolina in 2016. Before diving into law, MK gained valuable experience in the Sales Management Program at MillerCoors in Baltimore, which made her a fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles.

After law school at Washington and Lee, MK joined Sidley Austin in their Global Finance Group. Her job focuses on corporate debt financing, where she helps clients navigate complex loan agreements. This involves everything from negotiating terms to ensuring clients have the flexibility they need to grow their businesses. Notably, corporate borrowers have more room to negotiate than individual ones, which makes MK’s role crucial in shaping favorable agreements.
