The Ajni-Pune train has eight coaches and two seating types: AC Chair Car and Executive Chair Car. Ticket prices are ₹2,140 for the AC Chair Car and ₹3,815 for the Executive Chair Car.

This route can reach speeds of up to 130 km/h and has ten stops, including major cities like Nagpur and Manmad.
