Discover The Guest House Las Vegas: A 15,000 Sq Ft Dining, Lounge, and Entertainment Oasis at Town Square – Opening January 2025!

The Guest House, a well-known hospitality brand from Austin, TX, is set to open its doors in Las Vegas this January. This exciting new venue will be located at Town Square, offering a unique dining and social experience that locals have never seen before.

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Todd Mark Miller, The Guest House Las Vegas reimagines American cuisine and introduces a fresh take on vibe dining.

The restaurant is part of a lavish $9 million build, and it aims to be a preferred gathering spot for locals. It will stand out by providing a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere away from the busy Strip, integrating dining, entertainment, and social spaces all under one roof.

Raj Kumar, the owner, expresses, “We want our guests to feel at home, allowing them to visit multiple times a week without having the same experience twice.” This thoughtful design aims to engage guests with different dining environments and sensory experiences.

The Guest House aims to redefine dining by blending classic dishes with modern twists. This place is perfect for any event, from casual meet-ups to special celebrations. The Austin location already attracted celebrities like Michael Jordan and Gordon Ramsay, and the Las Vegas venue promises to elevate this high-energy atmosphere even further with its impressive 15,000 sq ft layout.

Raj Kumar, through his company RDM Hospitality, wants The Guest House to be a lovely space that fosters connection within the community. “It’s about creating a gathering spot where people feel excitement and joy,” he adds.

Designed by Social Design Studio, led by Nicole Herman, the stunning venue captivates visitors with its beautiful décor and engaging ambiance. From the moment you enter, the custom scent and visual elements pull you in, creating perfect moments for photos.

The space includes several interconnected areas: The Atrium, The Parlor, The Bar, The Wine Cellar, and a beautiful Patio Garden. Each area offers its own vibe while still feeling like part of a cohesive whole.

The main bar features a luxurious quartzite bartop that adds a tactile element to the experience. The Parlor offers a cozy retreat, ideal for happy hours or casual conversations. The main dining area, or Atrium, is adorned with stunning Egyptian ballroom chandeliers, each over nine feet long, sourced from a French flea market.

Just outside, the patio garden beckons with fire pits and twinkling lights, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It’s designed to feel like a social club, minus the pretension—just good vibes and great food.

The restrooms are also thoughtfully designed, featuring makeup vanities and cozy lounges to ensure every guest feels beautiful and comfortable. Every detail of The Guest House is meticulously thought out. “We want every moment to inspire our guests,” Raj Kumar states.

Music is another crucial part of the experience. The carefully curated playlist enhances the atmosphere while remaining conversational. “Our aim is to create a nightlife feel without overpowering the dining experience,” Kumar explains.

The menu showcases innovative twists on New American cuisine. Favorites from The Guest House Austin will make a return, including Buttermilk Chicken Tenders and a variety of raw bar choices like Coastal Oysters and Maine Lobster. The menu will also spotlight dishes like the signature Foie Gras French Toast and Warm Seafood Tower, designed to impress local diners.

Chef Todd Mark Miller, with experience at STK and other renowned establishments, leads the kitchen. He is committed to crafting a menu that reflects the local palate while offering unique flavors that captivate the senses.

The cocktail menu promises delightful drinks with theatrical flair, ensuring each beverage is a memorable experience. A private wine locker program will be available for guests looking for an exclusive touch, featuring curated selections chosen by expert sommeliers.

With a dedicated valet service and easy parking, The Guest House wants to make visits convenient for the community. There will even be a window showcasing the fresh baking of bread and pasta, inviting passersby to catch a glimpse or pick up our signature brioche.

The Guest House embodies a blend of comfort and fine dining, inviting everyone to experience food that feels familiar yet reinvented. It promises to create memories and celebrations, making every meal feel special.

The Guest House Las Vegas will be open seven days a week from 5 PM to 2 AM at Town Square.
