On Saturday, December 6, from 11 am to 2 pm, Reverie Brewing Company will host its seventh annual Holiday Market. The event showcases over 20 local businesses and artisans, offering a perfect chance to find unique gifts while supporting the community.
For the past six years, Reverie has welcomed small businesses to share their products, promoting local shopping. Attendees can enjoy their favorite Reverie brews and festive jazz music from Nick DiMaria starting at noon.
Entry to the market requires either a canned or non-perishable food item, donated to the FAITH Food Pantry in Newtown. Alternatively, a $2 donation will be accepted. This year marks another step in fostering community spirit through charitable giving.
Reverie Brewing Company, located at 57-B Church Hill Road, is committed to producing high-quality beers. The team prides itself on being a supportive part of the local community. Recently, they welcomed a new head brewer, Andy Schwartz, adding fresh ideas to their brewing process.
Events like the Holiday Market are vital in highlighting the impact of local shopping and charitable contributions. Studies show that shopping locally can significantly boost economic stability in communities, creating jobs and revitalizing neighborhoods.
