North Carolina Women’s Basketball Dominates Boston College
In a stellar performance, No. 16 North Carolina Women’s Basketball crushed Boston College 90-39 in their Atlantic Coast Conference opener. This victory marks Carolina’s strong record on the road, now standing at 9-1 over the last ten ACC games.
The Tar Heels showcased their power in the paint, outscoring the Eagles 52-14. Leading the charge was Nyla Harris, who scored 19 points in just 19 minutes and grabbed nine rebounds. Ciera Toomey also made an impact, contributing 11 points and eight rebounds.
Freshman Nyla Brooks continued her impressive debut season, adding 15 points for her third straight game in double figures. Reniya Kelly, returning from injury, scored nine points and tallied three assists.
